01. Scope of Services

REA Global Legal Consultants provides professional legal advisory, corporate structuring, and real estate consultancy within the United Arab Emirates. Our services are limited to the scope defined in the individual Service Agreement signed by the client. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in litigation or government approvals as these are subject to third-party regulatory decisions.

02. Professional Fees & Payments

All fee structures are transparent and communicated upfront. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

• Retainer fees are non-refundable once the legal work or documentation process has commenced.
• Governmental fees (DLD, Ministry, DET) are separate from REA Global service charges.
• Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of ongoing legal applications or filings.

03. Client Obligations

The accuracy of our legal advice depends on the information provided by the client. It is the client's responsibility to provide authentic, up-to-date, and complete documentation (Emirates ID, Passports, Corporate Certificates). REA Global is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or fraudulent information submitted by the client.

04. Confidentiality & Privilege

We maintain strict professional secrecy regarding all client affairs. Any information shared with REA Global is protected under legal privilege, except where disclosure is mandated by UAE Federal Law or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

05. Intellectual Property

All templates, legal drafts, and proprietary methodologies developed by REA Global remain the intellectual property of the firm. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these documents solely for their intended business purpose.

06. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, REA Global’s liability for any claim arising out of our services shall be limited to the total professional fees paid by the client for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

07. Termination of Engagement

Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying all outstanding fees for work completed up to the date of notice.

08. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts or the DIFC Courts, as applicable.
